Please be advised that utilizing a pool facility is at your own risk. Pool School Swim LLC and its management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages - including death - that may occur when following our teachings, or using any products sold. By entering a pool or body of water, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming activities. It is your responsibility to exercise caution, adhere to safety guidelines, and supervise yourself and/or any accompanying minors. Pool School Swim LLC assumes no responsibility for any incidents or injuries, including death.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pool School Swim LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our services, teachings, or products.

Refund Policy

For any undamaged and unused product, we accepts returns with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) any product(s) that have been made wet cannot be returned.
